We are looking for mature profiles that have the experience to facilitate a development team on its road towards successful delivery. In our mainly autonomous teams the business analyst / project manager creates trust and drive in a hands-on way. You are a quick learner that can grasp the essence of business problems and translate them in requirements that are crisp and clear for the team to translate into solutions.
In the mean time you are able to deal with the constraints and requirements typical for IT projects. We expect people that swiftly become valued and trusted by our customers for their analytical mind, organisational skills and firmness.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience with IT Business & Functional Analysis
Experience with Agile project management
Excellent communication skills
You are flexible to travel to our offices and client-side
Hands-on experience in bringing software projects from requirements gathering to production
Filled toolbox of analysis and project management techniques like lean startup, story mapping, UML, BPMN, test first, etc.
Hands-on experience with analysis and project management tools: Visual Paradigm, JIRA, Excel, or comparable
Experience with working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban…)
Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch (French is a plus)

What will your day look like?

You define and document software requirements upfront to get a consensus on the software that needs to be build.
You define a budget and an implementation schedule or other information allowing the customer to make an informed decision.
When a go is given, you define units of work that are understood in an unambiguous and identical way by both business stakeholders and the development team.
